alright, now i've been told two different things, can someone tell me which is accurate?
i have heard that it is illegal to draw from a photograph not taken by you or your commissioner for money.
i have also heard that it IS legal to draw from a photograph that was not taken by you or your commissioner for money because you actually drew it, it's your interpretation.
Which is the right answer?
